To preserve our commitment to quality, every Blue Line Security officer is required to complete 40 hours of state-regulated training, focusing on customer service and public relations; fire prevention and procedures; legal aspects of providing a security service; patrol procedures; report writing; and, the use of force. We also require every guard to participate in ongoing training in the latest safety and security technology and techniques.
